New Release: Knotty Pilgrim. Apricot and Blackberry juices fermented together.
So, this happened.....Apricot and Blackberry Tied the Knot!
Introducing our newest release: Knotty Pilgrim!
We've talked about mixing PBW Blackberry Bay with Apricot Bay for our Great Abs Sangria (I am hearing Mike's instructions to "swirl, twirl and curl for Great Abs"!).
Just for fun, we took it a step further and blended the juices pre-fermentation.
Wow. I'll say it again. Wow. Smooth. Delicious. Try it.
We made a small batch. 21 cases. We hope you'll stop in for a taste, or a glass, or a bottle, while it's available. If you do, we would love to hear your comments!
Stay tuned....we have other things fermenting....not only wine!
