We've gone outside of New England for a taste of the tropics, just for fun and just in time for the Winter weather. We fermented pineapple juice from concentrate, filtered, then filtered, and filtered again! We waited, then tasted, then waited longer. Now, we think it's perfection in flavor and freshness! *Pineapple Bay does contain very fine pulp and is not a clear wine.
Delicious chilled on it's own. Add a little fruit and Gingerale for a lovely tropical spritzer - cranberries will bring out your inner Pilgrim and look very festive for the Season!. If you dare, add to vodka or tequila on the rocks!
